DIRK HALLEN - CEO
Mr. Hallen, co-founded Pronghorn Logistics along with Stephen White. Mr. Hallen joins Pronghorn from RockPile Energy Services, a leading oilfield services provider acquired by the Keane Group (NYSE:FRAC). At RockPile, Mr. Hallen served as Director of Corporate Development, focused on mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy, capital structuring, and firm growth initiatives. Prior to RockPile, Mr. Hallen worked as a management consultant for Booz & Company, a premier global management consultancy acquired by PWC in 2014. As a key member of the firm’s global oil and gas team, Mr. Hallen’s advised clients across the oil and gas value chain on a wide range of topics including strategy development, performance transformation, portfolio management, and M&A strategy and execution. Mr. Hallen holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo. He has also completed the Petroleum Super School Certificate Program at the Colorado School of Mines.
STEPHEN WHITE - COO
Mr. White co-founded Pronghorn Logistics in 2017. Mr. White joins Pronghorn from RockPile Energy Services, a leading oilfield services provider acquired by the Keane Group (NYSE:FRAC). At RockPile, Mr. White worked most recently as Business Operations Manager, where he was responsible for operational efficiency and financial performance of the Frac, Wireline, and Cementing business lines while also continuing to manage the proppant and logistics team. Prior to that role, Mr. White served as a Materials & Logistics Manager, where he managed the proppant, chemical, and logistics divisions for RockPile. Mr. White began his career in the oilfield working as Floor Hand for a Pioneer Energy Services in Texas and the Williston Basin. Mr. White graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Economics. He has also completed the Petroleum Super School Certificate Program at the Colorado School of Mines.
JOE MARSH - CFO
Mr. Marsh joined Pronghorn Logistics from Keane Group (NYSE: FRAC) where he served as Vice President & General Manager – Rig Services, a twelve-rig division he built and grew while part of the RockPile Energy Services Management Team. Previously, Mr. Marsh also served as the Vice President of Finance at RockPile focusing on financings, M&A, and FP&A. Before RockPile, Mr. Marsh worked at Harren Equity Partners, a private equity middle market buyout fund, where he concentrated on transaction execution and portfolio company monitoring across numerous industries. Mr. Marsh began his career at Houlihan Lokey, as an investment banker specializing in M&A, capital raises, and advisory work. Mr. Marsh graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a double concentration in Finance and Accounting. He has also completed the Petroleum Super School Certificate Program at the Colorado School of Mines.
ANDREA HORNING - VICE PRESIDENT
Mrs. Horning joined Pronghorn Logistics from RockPile Energy Services, a leading oilfield services provider acquired by the Keane Group (NYSE:FRAC). As a founding member of RockPile, Mrs. Horning was instrumental in the company’s success and held a number of key roles from Commercial Finance Director to Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics. As the Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics, Mrs. Horning oversaw procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier management. Prior to RockPile, Mrs. Horning worked 11 years at Schlumberger, the world’s largest oilfield services company, holding positions in finance and accounting. Mrs. Horning holds a B.B.A. from Texas State University – San Marcos with a double major in Finance and Management.
MICHAEL MESROBIAN - VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Mesrobian joined Pronghorn Logistics from Hi-Crush Partners (NYSE: HCLP), a leading provider of proppant and logistics solutions. At Hi-Crush, Mr. Mesrobian served in a number of roles spanning Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Business Development. He helped launch Hi-Crush’s presence in the Permian, Eagle Ford, Hanynesville, STACK/SCOOP, and Bakken regions with a particular focus on logistics and infrastructure. Prior to Hi-Crush, Mr. Mesrobian worked as an investment banker focused on Mergers & Acquisitions at Lazard Frerès and Colonnade Securities. Mr. Mesrobian holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University.
